The Meatball Syndicate is all about delivering the very best handcrafted meatballs and sauces from around the world. Inspired by all the different cultures and spices just waiting to be discovered, The Meatball Syndicate will transport your tastebuds to regions of the world you could only dream of until now.
Guy Mindle | The concept for the Meatball Syndicate began about 15 years ago from my love of meatballs and passion for cooking. Continuous experimentation with different ground meats and spices to find the perfect meatball has finally lead me to this moment to share these delicious flavors with the rest of you.
Justin Braviroff | Justin is a classically trained chef with over 20 years of culinary experience. Graduating from the prestigious Le Cordon Bleu in 2000, Justin has worked all over the country before settling in the desert in 2012 and eventually taking the role as Executive Chef at Indian Wells Country Club.
The Meatball Syndicate uses only the finest meats and produce available. Our meats are all natural free range and HMO and GMO free. The majority of our produce comes from our local Palm Springs farmers market vendors. Our spices are provided by our local Savory Spice Shop in Palm Desert. We strive for a 90% locally sourced, organic rule for all other ingredients used in the making of our hand crafted meatballs and sauces.
Ivey Ranch also has a great 9-hole course open to the public.
