Duke James grew up in Southern Colorado eating "Santa Fe" style Mexican cuisine, specifically the smothered and handheld burritos made with the delightfully spicy and flavorful "Hatch" green chiles. Having moved to Los Angeles years ago, he's been on the hunt for a kick-ass Santa Fe style burrito for as long as he's been away from home but until now, no luck... Teaming with legendary Santa Fe chef Johnny Vee, Duke is excited to announce they've launched Ghost Burrito and are bringing these delicious burritos to the Coachella Valley, specifically Palm Desert. Still rooted in the culture of Hatch Green Chiles, Duke and Johnny Vee are pairing the traditional fare with some downright funky and fun cuisine!
