We love what we do!
In keeping with our Mexican traditions, we wanted to give our restaurant a sense of something new and fresh to showcase integral parts of our beloved heritage: its comfort food and warm hospitality. The idea for Fresh Agave came to us one day while traveling through parts of Mexico; encompassed by vast azure fields of agave and framed by clear blue skies we felt peaceful and refreshed. These are the emotions we want to impart to our guests.
Fresh Agave Mexican Bar and Grill, located in the heart of Palm Desert is a restaurant that blends traditional and contemporary Mexican cuisines using only the finest ingredients and greatest of care to prepare our dishes. In our restaurant, we share our beloved traditions and family recipes so you, our guests, will always feel at home.
Our restaurant has a taste for everyone!
We offer a variety of chicken, beef, pork and seafood dishes. Our most popular dishes include fabulous fajitas, chiles rellenos and mouth-watering enchiladas de mole. We also have a large meatless menu featuring fresh vegetable fajitas and smoldering cheese enchiladas, among many other popular dishes. Our children's menu consists of delicious traditional Mexican dishes as well as popular American Favorites.
